All of our products conveniently provide 1 month (30 days) worth of use, when taken at the full recommended daily dosage.

How many carbs, fat, calories are in your products?

All of our capsulated supplements contain zero carbs, fats, and calories, allowing you to enhance your health without impacting your nutritional intake.

Our Daily Greens powder contains very minimal of each, and the nutritional panel can be found on it's product page.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $230+ in Australia? Shipping's on the house. 

For orders under $230, shipping cost is determined based on delivery method (standard or express), shipping location, and size/weight of the package – no surprises, we promise.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team is quick on their feet – we get your order out typically within 24 hours, but it could take up to two (2) business days when we're especially busy. 

Once it's wrapped up with care and ready to go, Australia Post takes it from there. You'll know it's heading your way when you get that “fulfilled” email, complete with all the details to track your package. 

Your order should arrive within one to eight (1 to 8) business days, depending on the speed you pick at checkout.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your Inner Dose supplements are packed and ready to hit the road, we'll ping you with a confirmation email.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order is en route to the wrong spot, don’t sweat it! 

As long as it hasn't left our facility, we've got you covered. Just email us the correct address and your order number to info@innerdose.com.au, and we’ll update your details.

IMPORTANT: But remember, once your package is on its way, it’s out of our hands. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel finds a new home there, we can't send out a search party.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

How quickly can I expect a response from customer support?

Our goal is to respond to all customer inquiries within 12 hours during regular business hours Monday-Saturday. This may be slightly longer for inquiries late at night or early in the morning. We don't outsource customer support, our small team here in QLD handle everything.
