When Will My Order Fly Out the Door?

Our team is quick on their feet – we get your order out typically within 24 hours, but it could take up to two (2) business days when we're especially busy. 

Once it's wrapped up with care and ready to go, Australia Post takes it from there. You'll know it's heading your way when you get that “fulfilled” email, complete with all the details to track your package. 

Your order should arrive within one to eight (1 to 8) business days, depending on the speed you pick at checkout.

Orders $200+ in Australia? Shipping's on the house. 

For orders under $200, shipping cost is determined based on delivery method (standard or express), shipping location, and size/weight of the package – no surprises, we promise.

Help, I Think My Order Is Lost/Hasn’t Been Delivered!

We aim for a sprint, but sometimes our couriers end up in a marathon. Usually, parcels arrive within two to eight (2 to 8) business days, but occasionally, the universe throws in a detour. 

If your tracking suggests a delay, it's just the courier catching their breath.

Haven't seen your Inner Dose parcel after 10 business days? Drop us a line at info@innerdose.com.au, and we'll turn detective to track it down.

Just a heads-up: Once we hand off your order to the courier, they're the new captains of the ship. While we can't steer, we can definitely send out an SOS on your behalf.

Need to Redirect Your Order?

If your order is en route to the wrong spot, don’t sweat it! 

As long as it hasn't left our facility, we've got you covered. Just email us the correct address and your order number to info@innerdose.com.au, and we’ll update your details.

IMPORTANT: But remember, once your package is on its way, it’s out of our hands. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel finds a new home there, we can't send out a search party.
