How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team is quick on their feet – we get your order out typically within 24 hours, but it could take up to two (2) business days when we're especially busy. 

Once it's wrapped up with care and ready to go, Australia Post takes it from there. You'll know it's heading your way when you get that “fulfilled” email, complete with all the details to track your package. 

Your order should arrive within one to eight (1 to 8) business days, depending on the speed you pick at checkout.

Didn't get your goods in 10 business days? Email us at info@innerdose.com.au – we're on it!

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order is en route to the wrong spot, don’t sweat it! 

As long as it hasn't left our facility, we've got you covered. Just email us the correct address and your order number to info@innerdose.com.au, and we’ll update your details.

IMPORTANT: But remember, once your package is on its way, it’s out of our hands. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel finds a new home there, we can't send out a search party. 

Double-check those details to ensure your supplements don't go on an unexpected journey! 

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Received your order but need to send it back? No problem at all!

How quickly can I expect a response from customer support?

Our goal is to respond to all customer inquiries within 2 hours during regular business hours Monday-Saturday. This may be slightly longer for inquiries late at night or early in the morning. We don't outsource customer support, our small team here in QLD handle everything.
